Why Our Clients Choose New Wave Doors Over Bifold Doors
Bifold doors are seen as a popular door solution due to the fact that they act as doors to access the exterior of a property or business premises or as an external door. Although there are many bifold door installers that insist that bifold doors do not have any disadvantages – this is simply not the case. Bifold doors can only be fully used for 2 weeks of the year on average. This is because of the fact that the English weather is unpredictable to say the least and this doesn’t allow for bifold doors to be opened fully. This is the only way in which bifold doors can ventilate a home so they are simply not fit for purpose.
This also poses a problem for businesses that are looking to use an external door for ventilation such as restaurants. We have installed numerous slide and hide New Wave Door systems for restaurants and businesses that require them for ventilation. We developed the New Wave Door system to offer the following benefits and upgrades compared to bifold doors.
The Various Innovations of the New Wave Door System
We developed the New Wave Door system to counteract a number of clear disadvantages that other door systems on the market offer. The main benefits & innovations are as follows:
- New Wave Doors are versatile and suitable for all seasons. You can use your brand new door for 52 weeks of the year not for just 2! This is because of the fact that the door can be used for ventilation with the panels interlocking – maintaining insulation.~
- The New Wave Door system is easy to use. The various sections of the door slide effortlessly for safer use. Bifold doors can be difficult to operate and are dangerous to children and vulnerable users.
- As well as being easy to operate – slide and swing doors are highly space-efficient. As bifold doors swing outwards – you need to clear a space of operation in order to even use your doors. New Wave Doors remove this issue.
- We understand that security is of huge importance to many homeowners and our New Wave Doors are highly secure as standard. We are not aware of any New Wave Door being breached by intruders since its launch in 2012. We are confident that no other Door System can claim this.
