Client Specifications
Split over multiple levels with numerous apertures to fill, the decision was made early that New Wave slide and swing doors would be the ideal fit for the client who wanted to be able to utilise space all year round.
There was some deliberation from Richard as to whether a traditional sliding patio door or a conventional bi-folding door would be suitable, but with limitations in both door systems meant he could not achieve the desired end result.
With help from the team at New Wave Store, Richard decided upon two considerable 7 panel doors, each spanning an impressive 6.5 metres, a 4 panel door for the ground floor office, and a 3 panel door completing the show stopping kitchen room.
By choosing Ral 7016 Anthracite Grey polyester powder coating, the colour flawlessly matched his specified zinc cladding, and delivered the contemporary finish Richard wanted. The original house was a period property so combining the old and new styles was going to be a challenge which Richard has achieved seamlessly.
